GST Manufacturing's capabilities include a 51,000 sq ft powder coating facility with a 3 stage pre-treatment process and two powder coating lines for high volume commercial powder coating projects. This process is capable of producing over 2500 parts/hour, depending on the size & complexity of the part.

Up to 98% of powder-coated items are ready for completion after only one coat, making it ideal for quick turnaround projects and simplified production processes. Though professional industrial powder coating does require training and supervision, it’s reasonably straightforward to learn and apply for the appropriate permits. If your specifications for the final product change, you can adjust quickly and with minimal wasted resources.

Powder coating contains no volatile organic compounds, which the EPA defines as emitted gases containing various chemicals that can have adverse health effects on humans and animals. Possible side effects from prolonged VOC exposure may include:

In 2014, we purchased Powdertek - a turn-key powder coat facility built to process powder coating at an industrial scale with automated paint and curing lines capable of running 24x7 and more than doubling our manufacturing floor space available for fabrication and assembly. Not only does our Clay Street location serve as a secondary manufacturing location, with the expertise to efficently manage powder coating on this large scale; providing true turn-key metal fabrication is no longer a goal, but a point of pride for GST Manufacturing.
