After several years of planning by the City of Fort Worth, GST Construction constructed and completed the Longhorn Project at Hemphill Road near downtown. While most of our projects are commercial in nature, we were given the chance to contribute to a massive art structure by installing a long row of multi-colored light-up longhorns that flow over a block on each side of Interstate 30 and under the Hemphill overpass. Working with the city engineers and artists, the project took most of the summer and was completed in August 2021 for the general public to enjoy. Built with structural steel installed by GST Construction, we couldn't be prouder to help make the great city we call home just a little bit more special.
