Over the past decade, GST has grown its capabilities to include laser, water jet, plasma, punching, machining, stamping, powder coating, painting, robotic welding, assembly, on-site installation, and design. With more than 150 employees, we are proud to be one of the largest employers in Haltom City. GST’s customers rely on our creativity, quality, and dependability. We are a solutions provider and not simply a sheet metal shop.
GST’s team of professional mechanical design engineers and programmers specialize in CAD and 3D modeling to fabricate both prototype and reproduction parts. Our team works closely with OEM engineers to streamline the manufacturing process to create quality, functional parts.
GST’s laser cutting department specializes in creating precision cuts that result in better part quality and increased efficiency by reducing fit time for welds on larger more complex projects. Our laser cutting equipment meets the highest quality standards in the industry and reduces metal waste
GST specializes in pressurized waterjet cutting services using a 60,000-psi garnet injected cutting system that can cut multiple hard materials including aluminum, composites, glass, rubber, stainless steel, etc. Waterjet cutting is highly cost-effective and isolates vibration and thermal expansion of materials.
GST provides accurate, cost-effective plasma cutting services for almost any material up to 1.5” thick. Our plasma cutting department provides customers with a quick turn-around and no project is too large or complex for our plasma cutting experts.
GST is a leading service provider for Custom Precision Metal Punching and Metal Stamping. Included in the Marlin Steel array of robots is an automated 20-ton CNC punch. Our CNC Punching automation brings precision-manufacturing to all of your products.
GST Manufacturing has a variety of metal press brakes, presses, and folding machines to offer metal forming capabilities to our clients. We have the capabilities and experience to form cones, transitions, channels, angles and a large variety of other components in a variety of sizes.
We operate from a well equipped, climate-controlled facility that enables us to handle large production runs down to small quantities. Our capabilities include fabricating from stainless steel, aluminum, steel, brass, copper, galvanized and exotic metals.
GST specializes in the custom welding of aluminum, brass, copper, heavy steel, iron, and stainless steel. Our facility houses over 60 MIG, TIG, and Robotic welding stations with a full team of certified welders and weld inspectors to ensure precision welds.
GST specializes in high quality wet painting finishes for commercial applications. Our paint team will work with you to find the perfect paint type and color option for your application. No project is too large or complex for our painting experts with a 10,000 sq. ft. painting department.
GST Manufacturing's capabilities include a 51,000 sq ft powder coating facility with a 3 stage pre-treatment process and two powder coating lines for high-volume commercial powder coating projects. This process is capable of producing over 2500 parts/hour, depending on the size & complexity of the part.
GST Manufacturing specializes in the assembly of component parts and subassemblies into final products for our customers. These assembly processes include bolting, electrical, fastening, laminating, mechanical, painting, pressing, riveting, tapping, and welding.
